the Town Office, 1775 Grenville Place from

Friday, August 22nd, 2014 until October 10th, 2014.

Nominations will be accepted at the Town Office, 1775 Grenville Place from

9:00 am September 30th, 2014 until 4:00 pm October 10th, 2014.

Campfires Prohibited in Coastal Fire Centre

Effective at noon on August 1st, 2014, campfires will once again be prohibited throughout the Coastal Fire Centre, with the exception of Haida Gwaii and the coastal area known as the "fog zone."

Residents are encouraged to visit the Wildfire Management Branch website at or call the toll-free number 1-888-336-7378 for more information on campfire bans.

A copy of the Environmental Management Act and map of the prohibited area is now available at the Port McNeill Town Office.
