North Island Community Forest Agreement

The three communities of Port Alice, Port McNeill and Port Hardy will jointly apply to the Inspector of Municipalities to form a corporation for the purpose of operating a Community Forest with an annual allowable cut of approximately 10,000 cubic metres. The Community Forest is located in three blocks in the vicinity of Alice Lake, Marble River and Quatse Lake.
