to Section 714 of the Municipal Act.

Cemetery, 2006. Bylaw 582 - A Bylaw to regulate the operation and maintenance of the Port McNeill Cemetery.
Municipal Ticket Information, 2006 . Bylaw No. 584
- A Bylaw to implement a Municipal Ticket Information System within the Town of Port McNeill.
Animal Control. Bylaw No. 595 - A Bylaw to regulate the keeping of animals within the Town of Port McNeill.

Official Community Plan Amendment. Bylaw No. 605
- A Bylaw to amend Bylaw No.490, 1997 being the Town of Port McNeill Official Community Plan Bylaw.

- A Bylaw to amend the Town of Port McNeill Zoning Bylaw No. 11, 1969 and map attached and any amendments thereto.
Tax Exemption. Bylaw No. 609 - A Bylaw to exempt certain properties from property taxation for the year 2010.

Borrowing. Bylaw No. 611 - A Bylaw to provide for the borrowing of money from the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in anticipation of revenue for 2010.

Harbour Advisory Commitee. Bylaw No. 613 - A Bylaw to authorize the operation and maintenance of a Harbour Advisory Committee and to define the duties and power of the Advisory Committee.
Climate Change Action Charter. Bylaw 615, 2010 - A Bylaw of the Town of Port McNeill to authorize the addition of a Climate Action Charter addendum to the Town of Port McNeill Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 490, 1997.
Five Year Financial Plan 2010. Bylaw No. 616 - A Bylaw of the Town of Port McNeill respecting the Five-Year Financial Plan for the years 2010 - 2014.
Tax Rates. Bylaw No. 617 - A Bylaw for the levying of rates for Municipal, Hospital and Regional District purposes for the year 2010.
North Island Community Forest. Bylaw No. 619 - A Bylaw to authorize the establishment of the North Island Community Forest as a municipal service.
