Household recycling is available at the New Recycling Depot located at #20-311 Hemlock Street in the "Old Bike Shed" next to MY Restaurant.

Hours of business are Mondays from 12 - 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 12 - 5 p.m.

The Recycling Depot is closed on Statutory Holidays.


Residential Recycling Items (no charge) include:

Newsprint, Boxboard, and Cardboard

All Plastics (# 1 thru #7) - including Plastic Bags

Glossy Paper, Office Paper, and Egg Cartons

Metals (including copper, aluminum, and paint cans)

Tin cans - washed and flattened (remove top and bottom to flatten)

Small Batteries

Milk Cartons (flattened)

Beverage Containers


Other Recycling Items (for a fee) include:

Automotive Batteries $1

Propane Bottles $1

Automotive Oil 4L (leave your container) $1

Automotive Oil 20L (leave your container) $5

Electronics $2
